Flag Football

Look at that perfect spiral. He has been working on it a lot.

So Hunter participated in a 12 week flag football session. Though they did not compete against other teams, they did scrimage one another. More importantly he learned many important techniques and the proper way to throw, catch, run and other football stuff. The last day of practice was the hottest most humid day of the year and I thought we were going to sufficate. however, the boys kept playing and here are a few pictures of Hunter practicing.

Ok, he got hit in the leg, seriously. But the look on his face was funny.

Let us also point out he is wearing his favorite team shirt- RAMS- of course. He is so much like his dad, I wonder if he has brain washed him. Actually I think all boys have to love the team their dad does, that is just the start of male bonding, team stats, memorizing players names, numbers, positions and colleges. They can't remember birthdays, anniversaries or to take out the trash because their minds are full of all that useless information. Sorry about the rant- back to my sweet son- we love Hunter and are very proud of him for wanting to do sports and practicing even when he would rather play his PS2.

ahh look at these cute pictures before someone put your camera in a "safe" place and ruined it....(still kicking myself)
Jon wishes his boys would care about watching sports the way he does...I keep telling him if he would just narrow it down to 1 team and 1 sport, they could grasp the excitement a little better!
